The Swimmers
I have worked on this series for the last 4 years. I am part of this community of ocean swimmers here in Napier, NZ. Photographing my peers has given me the opportunity to get to know them and understand their motivations for swimming in cold water.
This or that?
I worked on this series with my friend Zoe over several years. We were interested in expressing the idea that it is easy to misinterpret a scene in front of our eyes, especially if we don’t have all the information.
